Here's a few thoughts from Morgan Johnson's younger sister Taylor on her sister's big night.

"I like watching her do well and I get a ton of assists as well."

Plus Taylor knows what is coming next season.

"I have the next two years to shine," she said laughing.

Taylor Johnson is probably going to be one of the top players in the city next season. When she's on target, she's as good as any shooter in the city with the three-point shot.

By the way, Morgan Johnson had a chance to set the record of 43 points last night, but dished out an assist to Lyndsie Sellars with 52 seconds left.

Not sure what happened at the top of my last blog with all the coding stuff, but I'm trying a new way this time to hopefully alleviate those problems.

The Grandview boys and Blue Springs girls kick off the games today.

Grandview plays first but doesn't hit the floor until 5 p.m.
