At NO. 2 FORT OSAGE 44, NORTH KANSAS CITY 8: Clayton Stewart and E.J. Gaines each scored two touchdowns for Fort Osage, which led 28-0 after one quarter.

NO. 3 GARDNER EDGERTON 48, at OTTAWA 6: Trailblazers quarterback Bubba Starling ran for 149 yards, including a 50-yard touchdown run, and completed six of 12 passes for two touchdowns.

NO. 4 ROCKHURST 49, at JOPLIN 19: Before the end of the first quarter, Rockhurst scored four touchdowns, including a 34-yard interception return by Scott Herring.

At NO. 5 BLUE SPRINGS 49, ROCK BRIDGE 14: Darrian Miller scored four touchdowns for Blue Springs. He has rushed for 2,031 yards this season with 32 touchdowns.

HICKMAN MILLS 19, at CENTER 16: Dustin Williams’ 9-yard pass reception for a touchdown from Jerrin Walton proved to be the winning score for the Cougars.

LAWRENCE FREE STATE 35, at OLATHE NORTHWEST 14: The Firebirds pulled away in the second quarter, when they outscored Northwest 21-7. Keene Niemack scored three touchdowns for Free State, one on an 82-yard kickoff return.

At LEE’S SUMMIT 24, LEE’S SUMMIT NORTH 21: The Tigers advanced to the playoffs, thanks to many plays, including a 42-yard field goal by Kyle Gross in the second quarter.

At LIBERTY 42, BLUE SPRINGS SOUTH 28: Liberty saved its best for last with 20 fourth-quarter points. Garrett White scored two of Liberty’s final three touchdowns.

At LONE JACK 29, CASS-MIDWAY 0: Scott Radmacher scored the Mules’ first and last touchdowns.

MILL VALLEY 31, at LANSING 28: Mark Biesma’s 26-yard field goal with 50 seconds left in the game lifted Mill Valley to the victory.

At O’HARA 42, ST. PIUS X 3: O’Hara’s first touchdown on a 92-yard kickoff return proved to be enough points as the Celtics won the annual battle for the Crystal Cup.

OLATHE EAST 20, at SM SOUTH 13: Hayden Groves scored two touchdowns for Olathe East on runs of 5 and 10 yards.

At PARK HILL 27, SJ CENTRAL 13: Hey, maybe it was the halftime speech. Park Hill led by two points at the half, then outscored the Indians 15-0 in the third quarter. Will Brazill had two touchdowns for Park Hill.

PARK HILL SOUTH 38, at OAK PARK 12: Park Hill South scored the game’s first three touchdowns and never trailed.

RICHMOND 21, at MOBERLY 0: Gabe Vandiver scored Richmond’s final touchdown on a 56-yard run in a game where all the scoring occurred in the first half.

At SM NORTHWEST 28, SM NORTH 12: John Hauk scored two of Northwest’s four touchdowns.

At ST. THOMAS AQUINAS 39, PITTSBURG 13: Aquinas quarterback Richard Davila threw four touchdown passes, including two to Dagan Reed, who also ran for two touchdowns.
